POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, the Student Worker provides essential administrative support to the Campus Store & Café.

Position-Specific Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and complete administrative tasks assigned by the department.
  • Handle phone calls, providing information or directing calls appropriately.
  • Assist with product placement and fulfillment of both on-ground and online store purchases.
  • Perform cash register duties as needed.
  • Assist in marketing efforts for the Campus Store & Cafe.
  • Conduct store inventory in accordance with established policies and auditor recommendations.
  • Participate in training sessions related to the use of cafe equipment.
  • Fulfill cafe orders efficiently and accurately.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience using Microsoft software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve.
  • Criminal Background Verification.
  • Enrolled in at least a part-time load as a student (6 hours undergraduate/graduate and 2 hours doctoral)
